                                Paussaros are little automaton birds created by re-using​ ex-trees ​which have been collected​ ​​from dumpsters ​​​​about the city,​

and from other reimagined abandoned objects.

 

Rescued pine, rosewood, mahogany, pink cedar, purpleheart wood, a paintbrush that has painted, aluminum cans that have been drunk from, rods from kites that have flown, floors from shut-down shops, earrings without pairs, the lost leg of a table, a bit of blind from a window that was opened, beads from a broken necklace, a beak from a Bic, a loose screw from screwed-up computer, the hooks of a fallen curtain, bamboo chopsticks… and so on ; )
